Patrons with Oak Brook Public Library cards can download audiobooks
to their computer or electronic device for playback at their
convenience.
Follow the steps

| Step 1 |
- Create a free account:
click here and enter your
library card number and PIN.
- Click "Create a Free
Account" (top right)
- Enter your name, email, and a password to
set up an account.

Download free Media Center Installer
- Open Netlibrary Media Center and enter
your username and password.
- Search or browse for titles
- Click on the title you want
- Connect your MP3 player and select one
of the options listed for the download

Browse for a book by category or search
by title or author
- If title is available, click "Add to
Digital Basket" then "Proceed to Checkout."
- Choose Oak Brook from the list of
libraries and type in your library card #.
Click "Confirm checkout" & "Download."
- Click "Transfer" to copy book to an MP3
player or "Burn" to copy to CD (only on
titles with
flame icon)
- If title is unavailable, click "Place a
Hold" and type in your email address to be
notified.
